Shipping & Returns

We do attempt to have orders leave our premises within 3-5 business days. Delivery charges are non-refundable, and are the responsibility of the customer. We accept payment via Shopify, using Visa or Mastercard. 

 

Please contact us via email or phone if you have any concerns with your order.

 

For shipped items, if there is a problem with your order, let us know within 5 days of receiving it and we will make things right. 

 

Exchanges and store credits are available within 10 days of your purchase. Items will need to be returned to the store before this can happen. Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility.

 

What if a SHIPPED item arrives damaged?

If you receive your order and it is damaged, please:

  1. Email photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to shop@theoldtinshed.com. Do not discard the damaged item or the packaging. 
  2. We will respond within 2 days giving you further information. 

 

 

Shipping rates are changing constantly and although we do quote through Fedex online, we usually ship through Canpar/Loomis Express, Puralator or Canada Post, as their rates are usually much cheaper. If you are concerned about the shipping cost that is charged, please call us and we are happy to get a more exact cost for you. Any overcharge in shipping will be refunded at the time of shipment.
